The F family asked me to document a very special Christmas.  Last Christmas they nearly lost one of their children and have had ongoing health issues the past year.  They realized the importance of having pictures that include everyone being together and the everyday moments we can take for granted.  They started with opening their gifts to each other.  D was so excited to get her new bike!  Then they opened gifts from Nana and Pa while Skyping with them.  Everyone loved their new socks! The real excitement was for the new trucks and dress up Disney princess dolls.  Dad then spent his time assembling E’s new train set while the kids played and Mom cleaned up the mountain of wrapping paper.  Testing out the new bike in cowboy boots was next on the agenda, not for long though; it was cold!  Back warm inside, they made Christmas crafts by melting peppermints inside cookie cutters.  They didn’t turn out, but everyone still had fun making them.  Next was trying out all the new Nerf guns, resulting in lots of silly faces! We finished up with a family picture- with a twist!  Mom had the idea of making it look like D had wrapped her brothers in lights.  It was hilarious!  The F family is so much fun!  I am overjoyed I was able to capture the personality, joy, energy, and love each possesses!

See what they thought about their session.
